These terms apply to your use of evnoral.com and purchases made through this website. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy.
1. Website Use
You must use this website lawfully, provide accurate purchase information, and be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement under applicable law. You must not submit fraudulent orders, introduce harmful code, or attempt unauthorized access.
2. Product Information
Review each listing for the fragrance format, materials, volume, included accessories, intended use, and warnings before purchasing.
Do not assume fragrance liquid, reeds, refills, candles, or heating equipment are included unless expressly stated. Decorative vessels and aroma stones are not automatically suitable for heat or open flames.
Fragrance experience and duration vary with the product and conditions of use. Material, ingredient, handmade, and performance claims apply only where confirmed for the specific item.
Screen settings and lighting may affect appearance. This does not remove your rights if a product is defective, incomplete, or materially different from its description.
3. Prices and Payment
Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Available payment methods, shipping charges, and applicable checkout taxes are shown before payment.
Your payment provider may apply currency conversion fees. International orders may incur destination charges as explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Price changes apply to future purchases and do not alter the agreed price of an order we have already accepted.
4. Orders and Availability
An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt but does not guarantee availability or fulfillment.
If an item is unavailable, a material pricing error occurs, payment cannot be processed, or delivery restrictions or suspected fraud affect an order, we may contact you or cancel the affected order.
Payments collected for canceled items and associated charges that no longer apply will be refunded. We will not charge a higher price or substitute a different product without your agreement.
5. Shipping and Changes
Shipping information is explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Provide an accurate delivery address. For corrections, changes, or cancellations, email us promptly with your order number. Requests depend on processing status and are only confirmed once we acknowledge them.
6. Returns and Product Issues
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Contact us before shipping any item back, particularly fragrance liquids or damaged vessels.
Conditions for voluntary returns do not restrict mandatory rights concerning defective or misdescribed goods or any statutory cancellation right that applies.
7. Intended Use and Care
Follow the product label, supplied instructions, and Product Care & Fragrance Safety page. Use products only for their stated purpose.
Do not ingest fragrance products, use them as personal fragrance, mix them, or apply heat unless the specific product expressly permits the intended use.
Stop using damaged or leaking products. Damage caused by unsuitable use, incompatible refills, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow instructions may affect eligibility for a voluntary return. This does not exclude remedies for an underlying product defect.
8. Intellectual Property
Website content belongs to Evnoral or the relevant rights holders. You may view it for personal shopping purposes. Commercial copying, republication, or exploitation requires authorization unless permitted by law.
9. Privacy and Service Providers
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Payment and delivery providers may apply their own terms and privacy notices. Using third-party providers does not remove our responsibilities as the seller.
10. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricts mandatory consumer rights.
11. Updates
We may publish revised terms for future use and future orders. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
