What to include

- Clear photos of the item, outer packaging and shipping label when reporting damage or an incorrect product
- The delivery address only when an address check is required; never send payment-card details by email
Order changes
Contact us as soon as possible if an address, item or cancellation needs review. We will try to help before fulfillment begins, but a change cannot be guaranteed after packing or dispatch.

If fragrance liquid leaks, a vessel cracks or a product appears unsafe, stop using it, move it away from heat, children and pets, and contact us with photographs. For urgent medical advice after exposure or ingestion, contact a qualified medical professional or local poison-information service.
