Product Care & Fragrance Safety

Enjoy home fragrance responsibly

Fragrance liquids, room mists, wax and scented porous objects require careful placement. Read the product description and any packaging instructions before use, and keep this guidance available for reference.

Reed diffusers

  • Place the vessel upright on a stable, non-porous protective tray.
  • Insert reeds carefully and turn only a few at a time when more fragrance is wanted.
  • Use tissue or gloves when handling saturated reeds and wipe drips immediately.
  • Do not place reeds where children, pets, curtains or moving objects can reach them.

Room mist and fragrance oil

  • Spray into open air, away from the face, eyes, skin, food, pets and flames.
  • Test before use; droplets and oil may mark fabrics, floors, painted furniture, plastics and natural stone.
  • Do not ingest or apply as personal fragrance unless the product is explicitly labeled for skin use.

Warmers, candles and heat

  • Use only the compatible wax, vessel and heat source specified for the item.
  • Keep active candles or warmers within sight on a level, heat-resistant surface.
  • Keep clear of drafts, shelves, curtains and combustible decorations.
  • Allow all parts to cool fully before moving, cleaning or refilling.

Cleaning and storage

Dust with a soft dry cloth. Wipe spills immediately, then clean according to the affected surface manufacturer’s guidance. Do not immerse assembled fragrance products or use abrasive cleaners. Store refills tightly closed, upright and away from sunlight, extreme temperature, flames, children and pets.

If exposure occurs

For eye contact, rinse cautiously with clean water. For skin contact, wash with soap and water. Move to fresh air if fragrance causes discomfort. Stop use and seek professional medical advice when symptoms persist. Ingestion requires urgent professional guidance; do not induce vomiting unless instructed by a qualified professional.
